Responsibilities:
- The Global CRM Manager will be a key resource in supporting the Global CRM and Loyalty team.
- The Manager will lead a creative brief development for CRM assets and support CRM and loyalty focused projects working cross functionally within the global team and our zones/markets.
- Support in the development of executional and turnkey CRM strategies for content asset creation, which markets can adopt and localize
- Partner with internal teams (Social, Marketing, Digital, SEO, Education, etc) to integrate and create synergies within the digital/CRM animations
- Manage projects and work closely with the Digital Creative/Copy teams to deliver and present the global CRM strategy for content assets
- Manage the end-to-end process of animation package creation internally and any asset creation with outside agencies
- Support a variety of Loyalty based initiatives including the roll-out of updated loyalty branding and relative assets
- Support the management of vendors and agencies developing creative and strategy for Loyalty
- Conduct competitive landscape and market research to infuse within the CRM animation strategies and any additional asset development
- Keeping up with the CRM best practices and perspective as it relates to DTC brands and skincare.
- Support in working with our global CRM partners to gain learnings and understand their CRM/Loyalty needs to take into consideration for future asset development
- 5+ years experience in a customer relationship marketing and/or digital marketing role optionally, loyalty marketing
- Strong communication skills
- Solution oriented
- Self-organized
- Microsoft Office proficient
- Skilled at project management and managing multiple projects at once
- Organization skills and attention to detail a must
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt quickly to change and in a fast-paced environment
- Ideal candidate will have experience in the development of creative briefs for email and/or digital assets, agency/vendor management, cross-functional, global collaboration, and project management skills.
- Preferred Platform Knowledge
- Asset Management System
- MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
