Job Description

In this role, you will:

  • Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure success.
  • Serve as the main point of contact between clients and the team.
  • Take ownership of new accounts and manage their on boarding.
  • Lead online webinars, consultations, and demos to educate customers on product features.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate has:

  • 3+ years of B2B SaaS customer success, account management, or consulting experience working with accounts of various sizes.
  • Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to establish credibility with executives.
  • BA/BS degree.
