Role
Project Management & Roadmap Execution
- Lead and manage long-term product road maps (6-18 months), ensuring alignment across engineering, sales, and product ownership teams.
- Oversee the evolution of existing products, life cycle changes, and new product adaptations.
- Coordinate component changes and technical updates while ensuring seamless product implementation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with three product owners (rig & lighting, hardware, and digital products) to ensure smooth execution and communication.
- Serve as a key liaison between engineering, sales, and product teams, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Foster collaboration in a matrix structure with a global sales network, ensuring effective coordination across teams
Technical Oversight & Problem-Solving
- Possess a strong technical understanding to identify and escalate product-related issues.
- Act as the bridge between engineering and business teams, ensuring product reliability and innovation.
- Quickly respond to product issues, such as faulty components or system failures, and coordinate solutions.
Customer & Product Focus
- Embrace a deep understanding of the product and its impact on customers, particularly in the sports industry.
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure that product development aligns with customer needs and business requirements.
- Passion for sports and technology, with a strong bonus if knowledgeable about rugby.

Candidate
The ideal candidate is a technically skilled and passionate engineering project manager with at least 5+ years of experience in a hardware-embedded company. They must have a strong background in electrical, computer, or software engineering and a bachelor's degree in engineering is required. Fluency in English is essential, and conversational Dutch is a plus.
This person thrives in a fast-moving, collaborative environment and can manage long-term product road maps (6-18 months) while ensuring seamless coordination between engineering, product, and sales teams. They possess a deep understanding of product development and implementation processes, with the ability to quickly identify and escalate technical issues when necessary.
They should be passionate about sports and technology, with a huge bonus if they have a background or strong interest in rugby. A humble, low-ego, and team-oriented mindset is critical, as this role requires working closely with multiple stakeholders across a global organisation. The right candidate is also flexible and proactive, capable of taking ownership of challenges and driving solutions, such as detecting and addressing product failures (e.g., faulty components, system malfunctions, etc.).

- Performance-Based Bonus: A 9% median annual bonus (potentially up to 10-11% for top performers, equivalent to 1.5 month's salary).
