Senior Compliance Officer – Business ethics

For our client, an international company, we are looking for a:

Senior Compliance Officer – Business ethics.

Mission:

As a member of the compliance team, your mission will be to:

-Provide a full service to our client subsidiaries on compliance, to ensure that the company meets its regulatory requirements while upholding the highest standards of business ethics.

-Carry out day to day activities relating to business ethics compliance in areas such as anti-corruption compliance, anti-fraud, corporate hospitality, AML/KYC and conflict of interest policies in alignment with the moral principles and values set out in the company’s code of conduct.

-Day to day activities can include – responding to questions, revising or drafting procedure and policies, checking for conflicts of interest, assessing contractual commitments or supplier conduct, due diligence on corporate hospitality and entertainment,

-Promote and control the implementation of the company’s policies within the area of competence, communicating, performing trainings, and due diligence tasks with a strong emphasis on addressing ethical dilemmas.

Profile:

-Master's degree in law and experience in a law firm and/or legal department of an international company. + 7/8 years relevant experience.

-Experience in managing the implementation of compliance programs with a focus on addressing ethical issues in corporate governance, anti-corruption, AML, KYC.

-Strong organizational and communication skills with a commitment to upholding business ethics and addressing ethical challenges in the industry.

-Ability to communicate/persuade others at all levels, including the company’s Compliance management, customers, suppliers, or business partners, whether in writing or orally, individually or to a large audience, while adhering to the ethical standards of the industry.

-Fluent in English - Knowledge of a major language is an asset
