As a market leader in the Netherlands, they operate in various countries and are expanding our software and services worldwide. Currently, they have contracts with 22 banks, who use their tools and services across 12 countries to manage 4 million assets.

Role

As a Head of Sales, your goal is to grow CFP's B2B client portfolio. From the initial pitch to signed contracts, you will oversee every step of the process. Collaborating with your colleagues, you will design tailor-made solutions for our international clients, with full responsibility for closing deals. Each year, CFP launches in new countries and onboard new partners. As an entrepreneurial thinker, you will assess market opportunities to maximize impact.

In this role, you will work closely with experts in sustainability, energy efficiency, data consultancy, and software development. At CFP, you can contribute to a better world while developing your expertise and network in sustainability, real estate, and finance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing client relationships at executive level in finance, real estate, and corporate sectors;
  • Translating software and services into tailored solutions for clients;
  • Leading the commercial process from pitch to signature;
  • Identifying new opportunities and clients;
  • Developing new market segments.

Candidate

  • A motivated, entrepreneurial, and ambitious professional;
  • A strong advocate for sustainability;
  • A commercial mindset with a curious attitude;
  • 4-8 years of experience in business development, consultancy, sales, or partnerships;
  • Experience in real estate, finance, sustainability, energy, or software is a plus;
  • Excellent command of Dutch and English; additional languages are a bonus;
  • Willingness to travel to Naarden several times a week (CFP values flexible working but appreciate in-person collaboration!).
