Description

We are actively seeking a Controller for a real estate development and property management firm based in Miami, Florida. This opportunity will require a detail-oriented individual with experience in Common Area Maintenance (CAM) reconciliation and proficiency in Yardi software.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee all accounting functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Utilize Yardi and other accounting software systems to manage financial data.
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes, ensuring all transactions are carried out efficiently.
• Conduct regular audits to verify financial information and procedures.
• Facilitate CAM reconciliation processes to ensure accurate billing.
• Leverage CRM and Crystal Reports to analyze and present financial data.
• Manage budget processes, including planning, tracking, and reporting.
• Use 3M and ADP - Financial Services tools to streamline financial operations.
• Proactively monitor customer accounts and take necessary action when needed.
• Resolve customer inquiries related to financial matters in a timely and detail-oriented manner.

Requirements

• Must have proficiency in 3M
• Familiarity with Accounting Software Systems is required
• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is essential
• Must be competent in using CRM
• Crystal Reports knowledge is necessary
• Ability to handle Accounting Functions effectively
• Must have experience with Accounts Payable (AP)
• Experience in managing Accounts Receivable (AR) is required
• Auditing skills are essential
• Must be familiar with Budget Processes
• Proficiency in Yardi is required
