Role

  • Grow the business across designated accounts and ownership of both top and bottom-line results, driving revenue growth and ensuring profitability
  • Build customer relationships by understanding their needs and using a consultative selling approach
  • Identify and unlock new business opportunities by combining a strategic mindset with a pragmatic approach to identify and maximise growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with different teams and work with the technical Flavour Creation & Application and Marketing teams to ensure successful project execution

Candidate

  • 7+ years of Account Management/ commercial experience in the B2B food industry in flavours and/or specialised food ingredients
  • Experience with multinational account management
  • Consultative selling experience with a proven track record in addressing customer needs with a solution-oriented approach and building long term relationships
  • Demonstrable desire to achieve results with the ability to turn challenges and setbacks into opportunities
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively, negotiate persuasively, and establish partnerships with diverse partners
  • Strategic business and commercial insight with understanding of the industry landscape
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) required, with knowledge of the Dutch language considered an advantage
