Title: Corporate Development Associate

Company Summary: We are currently partnered with a private equity backed, HVAC and electrical services company that is looking to bring on talent at the Associate level to their Corporate Development team out of Dallas. This role will focus heavily on the Business Development efforts that will contribute to the growth and success of our client while gaining extensive M&A deal experience.

Corporate Development Associate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and building relationships with business owners who are potential clients
  • Conduct research on target companies, industries, and markets
  • Preparing client proposals, transaction marketing materials.
  • Assisting in the execution of M&A transactions, such as financial modeling, valuation, comparable and relative value analysis.

Corporate Development Associate should have the following qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Development or Business Development
  • Strong client facing and business development experience
  • Strong M&A deal experience
  • Bachelors in Finance, Economics, Business or related fields.
