Digital Account Director

Our client, a pet insurance company in NYC, is looking for a temp-to-perm Account Director with a strong background in digital marketing, social media, and email campaign management within an agency environment. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing internal client relationships, developing and executing strategic campaigns, and driving successful outcomes across multiple digital channels. You will work closely with creative, media, and analytics teams to deliver effective and cohesive marketing initiatives that meet goals.
  • This is a temp-to-perm position and requires 2-days/week onsite in Downtown Manhattan.
Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal clients and stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and ensuring consistent, high-quality communication.
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across digital, social media, and email channels to achieve client objectives.
  • Oversee the development of creative briefs, campaign timelines, and budgets, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
  • Collaborate closely with creative, media, and analytics teams to create cohesive, data-driven campaigns that align with company goals.
  • Manage campaign performance, analyzing metrics and insights to refine strategies and optimize results.
  • Lead project kick-off meetings and regular status updates, maintaining clear and effective communication across teams..
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, digital best practices, and emerging technologies to keep campaigns innovative and competitive.
Required Qualifications:
  • 15+ years of experience in account management, with a focus on digital, social media, and email campaigns within a marketing or advertising agency.
  • Proven track record of managing large client accounts and successful campaign execution.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media platforms, email marketing, and data analytics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to mentor and guide team members.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in data interpretation and performance tracking.
