Job Description
- Sourcing and managing global supplier
- Leading negotiations to secure cost-effective but high quality product.
- Implementing strategies to optimise supply chain processes.
- Developing excellent relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Reporting supply chain performances to senior management.
- Working cross-functionally to launch new menus.
The Successful Applicant
- 8 + years within QSR or restaurant procurement.
- Excellent influencing and negotiation skills
- A passion for the food industry!
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- A thorough understanding of supply chain processes
