A leading boutique Investment Bank and Financial Services firm is expanding their Investment Banking capabilities. They have a lean Investment Banking team where they are looking to add an ambitious Director OR a proven Managing Director with revenue generating experience. The Business has been around for less than 10 years and have seen a tremendous growth period with plenty more opportunities on the horizon to take market share. The industries they usually play in are Industrials, Industrial Technology & Business Services. The ideal candidate does not need those industry experience, although, expertise and experience in deals in the Healthcare industry would be great.

Title: Investment Banking – Managing Director
Salary: $250,000 – $300,000 + Bonus
Location: Dallas, TX (On Site)

Responsibilities:

Work along side Investment Bankers and Advisory team
Originate deals and client engagements on the Banking side and look at/create cross selling opportunities
Focus on Business Development
Conduct research, stay up to date on market trends in the M&A world
Create and maintain a book of business
Industry focus – any, with preference on Healthcare Services, Healthcare IT, MedTech, Tools & Diagnostics

Requirements:

BA/BS with a major in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field
Anywhere between 7- 15 yrs of combined work experience in Investment Banking, M&A Advisory and or Corporate Development
Proficient in excel and Powerpoint
Strong interpersonal, communications, listening skills and business acumen
Able to work in multiple projects at once,
Be a leader and possibly take on a broader leader role with the firm
Strong drive and worth ethic to get things done
