  • Lead and manage the compliance department, overseeing all compliance matters related to the company's operations
  • Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive compliance programs to ensure adherence to international and local regulations, with a particular focus on Crypto
  • Monitor and interpret regulatory changes and ensure the company's compliance policies are updated accordingly
  • Conduct regular compliance risk assessments and audits to identify potential areas of vulnerability and implement corrective actions
  • Provide expert advice on regulatory requirements specific to the Cryptocurrency industry
  • Collaborate with regulatory bodies and industry groups to stay informed about legal developments and advocate for favorable regulatory environments

Anforderungsprofil

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
  • Substantial years of compliance experience, with at least several years in the Cryptocurrency industry
  • In-depth knowledge of international financial regulations and compliance standards
  • Proven track record of leading a compliance department and managing a diverse team
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to anticipate compliance issues and provide proactive solutions
  • Fluency in English & German
