Contract Hardware Department Manager

The Contract Hardware Department Manager will be responsible for the following:

  • Leading, training, and managing a team of door and hardware technicians.
  • Coordinating daily operations to ensure that projects are completed on time and to customer satisfaction.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with customers, suppliers, and vendors.
  • Working with the General Manager in setting strategic direction for the hardware division.
  • Will be managing the Estimators, Detailers, and Project Managers

Qualifications:

  • At least 7 years of experience in the door and hardware industry.
  • Proven track record of success in project management, operations, and business development.
  • Experience with door and hardware specific software such as Comsense, Avaware, Software for Hardware, and epws.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, construction management, or related field.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be a leader who is capable of training and onboarding employees
  • Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
