Position: Telecom - Construction Senior Program Manager

Location: Dallas

Overview:

The Telecom / Construction Senior Program Manager will have national responsibility for inspection / safety infrastructure solutions. 

They will be implementing large enterprise projects for the Telecom and Construction industry and will be handling all the operational, technical, and logistical facets in alignment with the client's infrastructure needs. 

The individual must have Project Management experience working with large telecom companies, on implementing software and/or hardware projects. 

Responsibilities:

·        Provide operational leadership in ensure all project milestones are delivered on a timely basis.

·        Manage delivery teams from project inception to completion

·        Manage third-party vendor activity to ensure they are in sync with project objectives.

·        Responsible for all communication and coordination messaging centered on the project to keep stakeholder informed.

·        Be proactive in evaluation any risks to the project scope and manage any such risk as it is identified.

·        Be aware and manage all client's compliance mandates as well as industry-specific standards.

·        Provide timely reports and notification to Senior Management and the Client.

Requirements:

·        Degree in Engineering or other technical discipline.

·        Minimum of 10 years of program management experience.

·        Have worked in the telecom industry or appropriate construction

·        Track record of successfully executing large-scale, complex projects.

·        Proficiency in applying project management best practices and methodologies.

·        Certification in Project Management (PMP) or equivalent is a plus.

·        Referenceable leadership skills from previous work experience.

·        Experience in project risk management: Expertise in identifying, analyzing, and mitigating risks across project lifecycles.
