Must live or near Pasadena as this is a hybrid role!

Salary depends on experience (120-160k of base and Commission)

KBKG is seeking an experienced Sales Development Manager to build and lead our Inside Sales Team. By setting and achieving targets, developing, and implementing effective sales tactics and processes, and managing the lead generation process in conjunction with Marketing, the Sales Development Manager will help to ensure that the company meets its sales goals.

Responsibilities:
Build the inside sales organization including processes, tactics, hiring criteria
Recruit, coach, manage and optimize the inside sales team
Lead and support the team to meet and exceed sales goals (weekly team meetings, trainings and 1:1s)
Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices, continuously improving processes and procedures, and fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration within the sales team.
Develop and monitor key performance metrics and dashboards that help maximize performance to deliver results
Develop a reporting process to communicate strategies and results to senior leadership
Collaborate with Regional Directors to ensure effective handoff of leads
Drive business development programs by establishing cadences, writing scripts, motivating the team, and tracking and reporting success
Build methodologies, infrastructure, and best practices for inbound,
Setting criteria for closing deals or transferring qualified leads to outside sales team
Partner with demand gen (marketing) to develop and implement outreach and inbound campaigns to generate sales pipelines within specific geographies and market segments
Work closely with the training team to set up and provide ongoing refinement of all systems and processes for how the inside sales team conducts their business

Experience:
Minimum 3 years experience in managing an inside sales team focusing on outbound meeting setting
Experience building and growing a sales development and/or inside sales team
3 years of prospecting, cold calling or lead qualification experience
Experience working across sales and marketing as well as working well with Channel Partners and internal stakeholders

Skills:
Demonstrated achievement of team quota attainment in new revenue
Strong communication, coaching, and leadership skills.
Required Qualifications:
C-Level, B2B or CPA/Business Owner communication experience
Knowledge of Salesforce.com and sales automation tools.
Be able to work in a team in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment
Bachelors degree required
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with CPA firms, Channel Sales
Professional Services/Financial background
Experience/Exposed to some knowledge of tax incentives (Cost Segregation, R&D Tax Credits, 45L/179D, Transfer Pricing)
