The international tax team assist with several different issues. These can include:
- Assisting with the redesign of business models
- Optimisation of capital structure and financing
- Managing risks associated with law changes on a global level
- Lobbying and negotiation with tax authorities both within the UK and internationally
- Pre-merger and post-merger integration
- Organisational structure rationalisation
Key focuses of the role:
This team has worked hard to generate an impeccable image in the market. Your primary responsibility will be maintaining that high standard in the advice that you deliver.
You will be responsible for creating and maintaining great client relationships. In addition, you
will take a proactive approach in taking on larger projects with both the directors and partners.You will take a key role in the development of juniors.
The juniors go through a strict vetting protocol. The people you work with have tremendous potential, and it will be up to you to harness and build upon this.
