The COO, International, will work with the President, International to scale and grow the BR International franchiseHelp to drive the ‘One Broadridge’ message culturally and operationally to ensure best practices are leveraged across functions, business units and geographies, whilst staying in sync with Global Product lines and Global Sales and Marketing 

Help to ensure thriving country and regional level organizational structure with clear accountabilities driven by adherence to measurable goals based on Key Performance IndicatorsHelp to drive growth through improved NPS scores and by supporting a cohesive go to market approach across products, client segments and geographies. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Oversee implementations process and program mgt across EMEA and APAC in concert with all relevant GTO and ICS global resources related to delivery; 

  • Provide analytics and reporting around performance: Financial, Client Experience, Delivery 

  • Act on behalf of President Broadridge International where appropriate/delegated; 

  • Oversee client services across EMEA and APAC, partnering with all the relevant stakeholders globally to achieve International CM Sales & Revenue Plan in addition to streamlining processes: 

- Get well programs 

- NPS improvers 

  • Work closely with International CFO; 

  • Assist with large multi-product deal structuring: 

- Resource alignment 

- Ensure streamlined and agile pricing process – set and adhere to service standards 

  • Work with Sales Operations to ensure streamlined go to market processes with agreed service standards/ turnaround times: 

- Pricing on large deals 

- RFP Response times and standards 

- Info Sec Questionnaire responses 

- Timely SoW and Contract review 

  • Introduce management processes and metrics across operational and support functions:

- Headcount forecasting and budgeting in partnership with finance and HR 

- Pro Services utilization rates and priorities

- T&M Revenue Process and revenue maximization 

  • Partner with Procurement where needed on real estate and infrastructure requirements; 

  • Work with India and other best costs centers to ensure excellent execution across all BUs, and maintain alignment on resource planning, recruiting and training. 

Key Attributes 

  • 20+ years experience in capital markets operations or technology, gained in Banking, Asset Management, or Asset Servicing; 

  • Strong program management skills with experience in driving large scale business transformations; 

  • Able to work in a matrixed environment, globally; 

  • Strong people management skills including the ability to manage by influence as well as directly; 

  • Excellent communication skills; 

  • Strong client management skills, comfortable and with experience of, working at C-Suite levels in both relationship management and sales context; 

  • Knowledgeable and with experience of agile product development.
