Our client is a fantastic and growing restaurant group, and we are looking for an ambitious General Manager to join the team. All sites are performing really well. We are looking for a dynamic leader, someone who has a deep understanding of all restaurant operations, someone who can cope well under pressure and has a hands-on approach to management with a great focus on training and development of their team.

Skills and Experience of a General Manager:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is essential
  • Oversee recruitment and training process
  • Maintain budgets and identify areas to improve
  • Full understanding of structure, processes, and procedures
  • Oversee day-today operations
  • Excellent service standards
  • People’s person: mentoring, coaching, and developing a team to provide a continued success
