    Our client is a SME with subsidiaries abroad.

    Role

    . Acting as a true sparring partner to CEO and Board Members on the companies strategic project. Be an extension and filter in the information funnel

    . Take charge of implementing and managing the strategic road-map, business planning, internal budget management and have a deep knowledge in Technology, Digital Transformation to advise the company through uncertainties

    . Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives, facilitate special projects, and ensure action items are executed on behalf of the CEO and executive team

    . Able to build up KPI metric to track, monitor and report in the timely manner, ensuring the key milestone are achieved as planned

    . Actively and independently engage with senior executives to identify new opportunities and to seek alignment on strategic priorities

    . Continuously identifying business opportunities, consulting Board member on organisation development

    . Ensure the consistency of corporate messages and the quality of relations with the media

    . Ensure that the messages align with the identity and values of the company and the CEO

    Candidate

    Bachelor/Master degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or any related field)

    Proven experience of 10 years in a similar role, preferably within a dynamic international SME. Experience in consulting firms would be an asset.

    Ability to step outside of your comfort zone and adapt to changing priorities

    Excellent written & spoken English

    Strong presentation skills and capabilities with Microsoft Office

    Exceptional project management skills - proven experience in leading strategic initiatives and handling multiple projects simultaneously

    Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with diverse stakeholders

    Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a focus on delivering high-quality results

    Native French speaker with fluent English language skills.
