We are excited to announce a unique new opportunity for a Chief Medical Officer for our community-based organizations that focuses on treatment of patients within the underserved areas. As the CMO, you would be an integral part of senior management and responsible for various important tasks such as delivery of care and managing a team of healthcare providers. Title: Chief Medical Officer
Location: Hartford, CT
Salary: $230,000 to $300,000

Working with senior management on various initiatives
Providing oversight of medical staff and clinical objectives
Involved in medical educating and integration of care
Promotes and oversees coordination of care
Assists in evaluating performance metrics
Communicates with Quality and Safety Officers in integrated care model
Develops plans for health management
Involved in clinical practice

Graduate of accredited Residency Program in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Psychiatry, or Pediatrics
Must be board Certified and have Connecticut state licensure
At least 5+ years of experience in clinical practice as a Physician (MD or DO)
Knowledge of healthcare information systems
Experience in community health setting strongly preferred
