Liquidity Manager

Key Accountabilities

  • Supports the Liquidity Management function to build and sustain market share through existing and new client relationships.
  • Strengthens working relationships between ECN and clients driving additional growth
  • Performs data analysis and data management using SQL/KDB/Python and business intelligence/analytics tools.
  • Contributes to development of data analytics processes and tools.
  • Maintains up to date industry and competitor knowledge to identify and develop the Company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
  • Drives the allocation of sustainable liquidity interactions based on understanding of clients needs, knowledge of market microstructure and analysis of trading data. 2 Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required Experience

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required

  • 5+ years’ experience in the FX trading industry
  • Experience working as part of a global team Education
  • University degree with high numerical content i.e. Engineering, Science or Mathematics.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial markets, and knowledge of the FX Market and FX Market Structure.
  • Programming ability in SQL/KDB/Python are essential.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques is a big plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively and adapt communication style to suit diverse audiences.
  • Ability to build and maintain a network of relationships with all key relevant Liquidity Management personnel as well as Global/Regional Heads of eFX, eFX sales contacts and Prime Brokerage personnel.
  • Results driven, pro-active self-starter mentality with a strong appetite to challenge the status quo and drive business improvements and optimization.
  • Technical competence and statistical/analytical mindset.
  • Good grasp of risk and project management practices
