About Our Client
My client has been serving the Greater Boston Construction market for 40+ years, across Multifamily, Life Sciences, and Commercial market sectors. They have a great reputation in the construction industry and have many repetitive clients. They are actively looking for an experienced Project Manager/ Senior Project manager to join their team on a $450M Multifamily build north of Boston.
Job Description
- Communicate with Superintendent, Project Executive, Architect, Owner and subcontractors
- Maintain and implement project schedule, submittals, manufacturing schedule
- Prepare Estimates, Change Order Requests, process notices, monthly project report including cost & schedule
- Assisting in the purchasing of products; negotiating skills, necessary documents
- Client facing role; develop and maintain client relationships
- Perform annual performance reports of those who report to you
- Prepare drawings and details
- Promote BD
- Train subordinates and monitor their development

The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Building Construction Technology, Engineering, or related field preferred
- 5 - 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager (preferably in the multifamily space)
- Multifamily project experience preferred or project experience within one of the other core markets served (assisted living, commercial, academic, health care)
- Ability to plan, organize, and coordinate multiple projects
- Strong literacy of MS Word and Excel
- Understanding of construction technology (Procore)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
