For our client, who is operating internationally, we are looking for an Office Manager 80 - 100% (m/f/d) with headquarters in the Zurich metropolitan area.
- You will provide support in the areas of office management, administration and personnel administration
- Processing of invoices and visa applications
- Support with travel bookings
- Managing office facilities and office space
- IT support
- HR administration tasks such as recruitment support, on-boarding and off-boarding
- Participation in local and global HR projects
- You already gained some experience in the field of office administration/management
- You have very good IT skills
- You are fluent in German and English, other languages are an advantage
- You are a service-oriented person
- You know how to set priorities
- You have cultural understanding and interpersonal skills
