For our client, who is operating internationally, we are looking for an Office Manager 80 - 100% (m/f/d) with headquarters in the Zurich metropolitan area.

Your responsibilities:

  • You will provide support in the areas of office management, administration and personnel administration
  • Processing of invoices and visa applications
  • Support with travel bookings
  • Managing office facilities and office space
  • IT support
  • HR administration tasks such as recruitment support, on-boarding and off-boarding
  • Participation in local and global HR projects

Your profile:

  • You already gained some experience in the field of office administration/management
  • You have very good IT skills
  • You are fluent in German and English, other languages are an advantage
  • You are a service-oriented person
  • You know how to set priorities
  • You have cultural understanding and interpersonal skills
