Business Director - Media Agency

Description

This role is crucial in managing the relationship between Mindshare Worldwide and our Client, a globally recognised asset management firms across EMEA and will require demonstrated positive relationships with fintech clients. Delivering the EMEA teams day-to-day output to the highest standards, and contributing to the team and business' longer-term ambitions.
It spans responsibilities across Client Leadership / Account Management / Business Strategy, to deliver a breadth of work ranging from thought-leadership/best practice, network support, strategic planning and operational management from finance to activation both across local markets and the EMEA hub in London.
This is a big role which requires strong leadership, building trusted client relationships, ensuring the markets run smoothly with rock solid foundations across all operational processes; budgets, finance, ways of working. Scope management is key to avoid scope stretch and to ensure prioritisation of the tasks in scope. This role covers end to end campaign and team management across the Commercial and Corporate teams within our Client.
The Business Director will also gain exposure to all specialist teams across the agency. Projects transcend a breadth of disciplines from Strategic consultancy to measurement and thought leadership - this is a hands on role for a fast learner who wants to be in the detail and 100% focus on one client within the fintech space.
