Sales Executive for Outerwear & Swimwear

Our client is looking for a full-time, direct-hire Sales Executive for Outerwear& Swimwear at their New York, NY location.

Sales Executive for Outerwear& Swimwear hours are M - F 9am - 6pm.

Sales Executive Responsibilities:

  • Act head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions for women's outerwear 
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets, expand customer base, and maximize revenue and margins.
  • Create seasonal business proposals based on customer requirements.
  • Partner with design team to execute brand positioning and key product initiatives.
  • Sell and market product categories and promotional programs.
  • Interface with various levels of development and production teams.
  • Follow up with buyers and process orders, and maintain good relationships with the buyers of major department stores, chains, private labels, etc.

Sales Executive Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience leading a brand sales team in executive role, ideally in fashion industry.
  • Previous executive experience as a Sales Executive or Sales and Marketing Director, preferably specializing in women's outerwear
  • Relevant and current experience in ladies outerwear market required
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
  • High proficiency in Excel & Word
  • Flexibility to travel as required.
