Our client is looking to hire an associate attorney to join their Corporate Practice in the Philadelphia office. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of corporate transactional and M&A experience with a background in Life Sciences.
Experience with life science transactions is preferred, including drafting and negotiating collaboration agreements, license agreements, supply and other operational agreements, and product purchase and sale agreements. This candidate will be working with biotechnology, pharmaceutical, medical device, diagnostic and other life sciences companies in connection with their intellectual property, commercial and M&A transactions.
