In order to support the growth plan from an organizational development perspective, the Director Global B2B Sales plays a pivotal role.

Your Position

Reporting to the Management Board you define go-to-market strategies particularly for regions outside Western Europe via subsidiaries, importers, distributors and retailers and lead new market entry projects towards sales readiness and launch. Together with your field force and back-office team you run the operational day-to-day business globally and liaise closely with internal functions like Supply Chain Management and Controlling to support your growth plan. 

Your Profile

After a university degree in Business Administration or a similar education with the respective professional history, you gained several years of sales management experience in internationally operating  organizations, including regions in Eastern Europe and Asia. You know the distribution channels of the sports and leisure goods industry and know the sales channel options applicable in different competitive and business environments in order to define scalable market entry models. You can inspire a young, successful sales team and motivate them to perform at their best. In addition, you have a feel for your trading partners and know what instruments are used to differentiate your product in a multi-brand retail network to the long-term benefit and partnership for both sides. Customer and dealer satisfaction belong to your ultimate objectives.
