More than Tom Rüegge
Tom Rüegge ist seit 2013 als Partner und Berater bei der PETRAG AG dabei. Zu seinen Beratungsschwerpunkten gehören die Rekrutierung und der Executive Search von Kader-Positionen und ausgewiesenen Fachspezialisten, die Durchführung von Mitarbeiterbefragungen und die Begleitung von Unternehmensnachfolgen. Seine Kunden sind vorwiegend KMU und grössere Unternehmen aus dem Dienstleistungs- und Industrieumfeld. Nebst seiner Tätigkeit als Berater kümmert er sich federführend um die Geschäftsentwicklung der PETRAG und zeichnet sich für die Unternehmens-Kommunikation verantwortlich.
Tom Rüegge verfügt über einen Masterabschluss in Betriebs- und Wirtschaftswissenschaften an der Universität St. Gallen (HSG). Die Vertiefungsrichtung in KMU-Management macht ihn zu einem Generalisten mit einer soliden Grundlage in sämtlichen Themen der Unternehmensführung. Neben seiner Muttersprache Deutsch spricht Tom Rüegge sehr gutes Englisch und gutes Französisch.
