Responsibilities
- Develop and execute creative, audience-first YouTube content concepts aligned with global marketing objectives
- Design formats and stories to attract new viewers while nurturing the existing community, with clear KPIs
- Establish best-in-class YouTube practices, focusing on thumbnails, titles, and viewer retention to boost organic reach
- Plan and lead end-to-end video productions from ideation to delivery, ensuring creative quality and alignment with brand guidelines
- Collaborate with international markets and stakeholders to ensure content supports global strategies and brand principles
- Provide strategic input to guide cross-functional teams toward impactful YouTube content
- Leverage insights on audience behavior and media trends to inform annual content planning
Key requirements
- 3+ years of YouTube production experience with a growth-oriented portfolio
- End-to-end production skills from concept to delivery and solid production best practices
- Strong writing ability for scripts and story outlines
- Proficient video editing with basic VFX and Adobe Creative Suite
- Knowledge of YouTube best practices, especially titles, thumbnails, and retention
- Team-oriented mindset with interest in Red Bull's sports properties and cycling ecosystem
- Travel 30-40%
