In this role you will lead technology-driven supply chain transformations using Blue Yonder WMS and WLM to deliver scalable, integrated solutions. You work closely with delivery leads to shape engagements and drive architectural decisions across warehouses, labor management, and related systems. You will guide cross-functional teams through design, implementation, and testing to achieve measurable business outcomes. Responsibilities
- Design and implement integrated supply chain execution, WMS, and WLM solutions with interfaces and data migration.
- Collaborate with Delivery Lead on business development activities, including sizing, proposals, and client reviews.
- Serve as lead planner/architect for supply chain transformation initiatives.
- Identify and solve complex business problems with in-depth analysis of factors.
- Lead a team through maturity assessments, workshops, requirements gathering, design, and end-to-end implementation.
- Coordinate integrations with ERP, WMS, and third-party systems, including data management and migrations.
- Engage with senior client and Accenture stakeholders to secure buy-in for approach and design.
- Validate requirements and conduct architecture/design workshops with documentation of options and gaps.
- Ensure delivery architecture and operations meet enterprise requirements.
- Lead system configuration to align with business needs and manage testing activities.
- Guide junior resources and establish standard supply chain practices across the enterprise.
- Provide best practices for integrating Blue Yonder/JDA WMS/WLM with client ERP, inbound/outbound interfaces, and peripheral solutions.
- Exercise independent judgment on approaches to new assignments and support capability-building within the IPS practice.
Key requirements
- Bachelor degree or equivalent; minimum 12 years of professional experience (or 6 years with Associate degree).
- At least 7 years in architecture, design, and implementation of Blue Yonder/JDA WMS and WLM in retail, consumer goods, or manufacturing.
- At least 5 years of experience leading medium to large projects.
- Experience in full lifecycle WMS/WLM implementations, including design, build, test, deployment, and stabilization.
- Proven ability to lead business teams in developing complex application scenarios and integrating with ERP/Host, TMS, parcel, and third-party systems.
- Strong communication skills in German and English; effective leadership and stakeholder management.
