Experteer Overview
In this role you will contribute to the CIO Team by building and applying quantitative models for asset allocation, portfolio construction, and risk management. You’ll work on multi-asset analysis, performance attribution, and data-driven insights to support tactical allocation decisions. You will partner with portfolio managers and technology to deliver actionable analytics and robust models. This is a hands-on role at the intersection of quants, investment professionals, and governance, offering impact at scale within Private Bank Wealth Management.

Responsibilities
- Risk modeling for multi-asset portfolios
- Performance attribution for multi-asset portfolios
- Quantitative research and model development using Python and MATLAB
- Data management for CIO datasets
- Model management with documentation, testing and governance
- Collaboration with portfolio managers, product managers, and Technology; communicating quantitative insights
Key requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field
- Minimum 3 years’ experience on an investment team in an asset management firm
- Advanced Python programming with Pandas and NumPy
- Proficiency in statistical analysis, econometrics, machine learning and/or AI
- Understanding of performance attribution techniques
