In this role you will lead the M&A product team to enable successful large deals and partnerships. You will partner with domain Product and Tech leads to ensure timely, value-driven delivery and integration readiness. You’ll own end-to-end requirements, deal roadmaps, and cross-functional coordination to keep initiatives on budget and on schedule. You will build repeatable processes and playbooks to scale integration and improve the client experience. This is a high-impact, fast-paced role shaping how LPL executes strategic M&A programs.

Responsibilities

Lead the M&A product team
Oversee delivery of capability builds and integration readiness for large M&A deals and partnerships
Partner with domain Product and Tech leads to ensure effective delivery
Document and prioritize end-to-end requirements
Maintain deal roadmap visibility and ensure on-time, on-budget execution
Document upstream & downstream dependencies
Manage financials for the deal
Triage and resolve complex issues with a client-first mindset
Manage multiple client relationships
Build playbooks, standardize integration processes, and drive process improvements

Key requirements

10+ years of experience in the financial services industry
Experience driving large-scale transformational initiatives with program management disciplines
Excellent communication skills across organizational levels
Ability to lead across a cross-functional team without direct authority
Desire to deliver a world-class client experience
Strong understanding of Agile processes and tools
Preferences: ability to turn data into insights, actions, and decisions
Exception problem-solving and critical thinking skills
