In this role you will define the vision and strategy for EWIS supply chain across international sites, leading a team of SCM experts to meet business objectives. You will establish standards for people, processes and tools while driving talent management and organizational planning. Your scope covers end-to-end information flow from customers to suppliers, including IBP, scheduling, inventory, logistics and network design. You will partner with engineering, manufacturing and quality to align supply chain capabilities with product development and ramp-ups, shaping sustainable, data-driven operations at scale.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute global SCM strategies aligned with EWIS goals
- Lead CDC-based consolidation and cost-reduction initiatives
- Manage global procurement, logistics and inventory
- Implement lean and Six Sigma to reduce waste and improve throughput
- Ensure compliance with AS9100 and ITAR
- Drive digitalization of SCM processes (ERP, PLM, supplier portals)
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align supply chain with product development
- Oversee Integrated Business Planning and master production scheduling
- Promote sustainable sourcing and ethical supplier conduct
- Manage a high-performing team including talent management and organizational planning
Key requirements
- Expert in end-to-end SCM with professional certification (APICS CPIM, CSCP or equivalent)
- 15+ years of international experience in a similar role
- Bilingual if English is not mother tongue
- Deep knowledge across CDC, forecasting, scheduling, MDM, warehousing, project management, SIOP/MPS/MRP, inventory management, budget and finance acumen
- Strong leadership, negotiation and communication skills
- Experience with aerospace wiring specifications and supplier networks
- Familiarity with operations in Mexico and Europe
- Knowledge of digital supply chain tools and Industry 4.0 practices
