In this Executive Partner role, you act as a trusted adviser to technology executives, blending Forrester research with your leadership experience. You engage senior client teams to clarify priorities, give candid feedback, and drive critical decisions. You’ll link clients with Forrester’s research, consulting, and events to shape high-performance IT strategies. You also help expand revenue, contribute to internal research and sales ecosystems, and represent Forrester as a thought leader in the tech space.

Responsibilities

Serve as strategic business advisor to executive program clients using research and practitioner experience
Manage 15–20 senior client relationships
Partner with sales and customer service to deepen accounts
Create a delivery plan grounded in Forrester IP (tools, frameworks, research)
Represent the voice of the customer to assist Research with content
Provide proactive business development support to the sales organization
Be a thought leader in technology by speaking at external events and engaging on social media
Identify opportunities for consulting and contribute to revenue goals

Key requirements

Fifteen-plus years of proven technology leadership experience (CIO/CTO/CDO or senior technology executive) or senior technology leadership consulting experience
Experience with US federal government is a plus
United States security clearance or willingness to obtain one is a plus
Deep understanding of IT as a business value driver and alignment of IT and business strategies
Strong executive presence and ability to engage C-suite across channels
Excellent collaboration, partnering, and influencing skills

Superior presentation skills
Eligibility for US security clearance per government requirements
