In this role, you partner with the CEO to drive strategic initiatives, operational excellence, and organizational alignment. Responsibilities

Lead CEO-facing strategic initiatives, including business development, innovation, and corporate development
Partner with the CEO to define and execute strategic vision and annual priorities using data-driven insights
Conduct market research, competitive intelligence, and trend analyses to identify opportunities
Oversee operational programs (QBRs, Executive OKRs, Board reporting) for execution and governance
Prepare high-impact materials for key meetings and ensure follow-through on actions
Foster cross-functional alignment on company-wide initiatives and objectives
Establish and maintain project management frameworks to ensure timely delivery of strategic initiatives
Identify and drive talent development opportunities, supporting succession planning and leadership development

Key requirements

BA with 10+ years in consulting, finance, strategic planning, or similar analytical roles
MBA preferred
Strong problem-solving and data-driven decision-making skills
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and build stakeholder relationships
Exceptional presentation and storytelling abilities to visualize data
Attention to detail with the ability to synthesize strategic insights
Experience in driving company-level QBRs, OKRs, and Board-level communications
Technology industry experience or equivalent management consulting background
Action-oriented, proactive, and adaptable with a hands-on approach
