Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for financial advisors
Lead, mentor, and coach a team of advisors to foster growth
Analyze advisor performance metrics and craft targeted development plans
Collaborate with senior leadership to align development initiatives with business goals
Stay updated on industry trends to keep training relevant

Key requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field; Master's preferred
Proven experience in financial advisory roles with a focus on advisor development and training
Strong leadership and coaching abilities to build a high-performance culture
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making
