In this role you will lead the strategy, health, and operations of Ipsos’ global quantitative panels. You’ll own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of panelists—from recruitment to retention and data quality—ensuring a gold‑standard respondent pool for multi‑market research. You will oversee teams across the US and contribute to the senior management agenda. The role combines leadership, client engagement, and a focus on privacy, fraud mitigation, and measurement quality in a fast‑growing practice.

Responsibilities

Develop and influence a 3‑year roadmap for global panel growth, targeting high‑growth markets and niche segments
Own panel budgets and P&L, balancing recruitment cost, incentives, and lifetime value
Advise on feasibility, sampling methods, and panel capabilities during large bids as a subject‑matter expert
Optimize automated sampling and fielding to ensure representative delivery while reducing panel fatigue
Standardize workflows across regions to ensure consistent data quality and speed
Advance fraud mitigation through digital fingerprinting, bot traps, and behavior analytics
Ensure global data privacy compliance (GDPR, CCPA) and alignment with ESOMAR/CASRO standards
Establish KPIs for panel freshness, churn, and response accuracy
Design localized incentives to drive response rates cost‑effectively
Improve panelist experience via mobile‑first design, community features, and efficient support

Key requirements

10+ years in market research operations, 5+ years in leadership with large‑scale global panels
Deep experience with panel management software (Cint, Forsta/Confirmit, Qualtrics, or proprietary builds) and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI)
Global fluency with panels across diverse international markets
Strong quantitative skills: sampling methods, weighting, data cleaning
