In this role you will lead Xometry’s North American Supplier Services Sales, shaping a high-performing team to drive top-line revenue growth. You’ll accelerate new customer acquisition, expand within existing accounts, and grow the Supplier Services line through cross-sells and upsells, while collaborating across functions to enhance the customer experience. This is a hands-on yet strategic leadership role in a growth company, balancing execution with vision to unlock value for customers and the business. You will work closely with the C-suite to set strategic direction and ensure alignment with company objectives.

Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed monthly sales objectives while delivering excellent customer service
- Perform account planning, forecasting, and positioning for Supplier Services accounts
- Design an effective sales channel structure leveraging SDRs, account executives, and key accounts
- Train, mentor, and coach sales leaders and account executives to high performance
- Lead land-and-expand sales motions for new customer acquisition while addressing broader customer needs
- Negotiate business relationships and contracts
- Collaborate with Sales Operations to develop and report on key performance metrics
- Demonstrate strong leadership, motivation, communication, and teamwork skills
Key requirements
- 12+ years in technology and/or marketplace sales management with multi-level selling
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience managing total team size of at least 50
- Strategic sales experience across multiple offerings and target personas
- Experience building strategic plans for team growth and activity
- Proven ability to build senior-level, loyal customer relationships
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering
- Ability to make informed decisions under pressure
- Experience improving and implementing processes
- Willingness to travel up to 30% in the continental US and Canada
