In this role you will lead Xometry’s North American Supplier Services Sales, shaping a high-performing team to drive top-line revenue growth. You’ll accelerate new customer acquisition, expand within existing accounts, and grow the Supplier Services line through cross-sells and upsells, while collaborating across functions to enhance the customer experience. This is a hands-on yet strategic leadership role in a growth company, balancing execution with vision to unlock value for customers and the business. You will work closely with the C-suite to set strategic direction and ensure alignment with company objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed monthly sales objectives while delivering excellent customer service
  • Perform account planning, forecasting, and positioning for Supplier Services accounts
  • Design an effective sales channel structure leveraging SDRs, account executives, and key accounts
  • Train, mentor, and coach sales leaders and account executives to high performance
  • Lead land-and-expand sales motions for new customer acquisition while addressing broader customer needs
  • Negotiate business relationships and contracts
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations to develop and report on key performance metrics
  • Demonstrate strong leadership, motivation, communication, and teamwork skills

Key requirements

  • 12+ years in technology and/or marketplace sales management with multi-level selling
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience managing total team size of at least 50
  • Strategic sales experience across multiple offerings and target personas
  • Experience building strategic plans for team growth and activity
  • Proven ability to build senior-level, loyal customer relationships
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering
  • Ability to make informed decisions under pressure
  • Experience improving and implementing processes
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% in the continental US and Canada
