In this role you will lead the design and advancement of commercial real estate broker development programs, bridging business goals with learning initiatives. You will partner with regional leadership to tailor programs to market conditions and monitor impact through metrics. You will coach brokers individually and in groups, support onboarding, and drive continuous improvement of training content. This position offers the opportunity to shape broker capabilities at scale while aligning learning with strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

Partner with business leaders to identify performance gaps and development needs; ensure programs align with objectives and are rolled out consistently
Provide direct and group coaching to high-potential and underperforming brokers; facilitate workshops and peer learning
Define and track KPIs for broker development; analyze outcomes and drive improvements
Design and evolve comprehensive training programs for brokers across experience levels; maintain SME status on broker training content
Stay current with market trends and regulations to keep content relevant; curate training resources and practical tools

Key requirements

7–10 years of commercial real estate brokerage experience with a track record of top performance
3+ years in coaching, training, or talent development roles (preferred)
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and matrix reporting structures
Strong understanding of CRE markets, transaction processes, and relationship/negotiation skills
Familiarity with CRM systems, market analysis tools, and industry databases
Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
