Responsibilities

  • Senior relationship lead across key client accounts and internal teams, fostering executive-level partnerships and strategic advisory.
  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of integrated sports marketing programs, including athlete, creator, sponsorship, media, and activations.
  • Translate client objectives into clear scopes of work and actionable campaign plans with cross-functional partners.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to align timelines, deliverables, and performance expectations.
  • Provide proactive strategic recommendations to maximize the value of sports and cultural investments.
  • Monitor program performance and deliver insights and optimization opportunities to strengthen outcomes and client confidence.
  • Support account growth by identifying opportunities to expand partnerships and deepen client engagement over time.

Key requirements

  • 7-10+ years in client services, account leadership, sports marketing, influencer marketing, media, or integrated agency environments
  • Proven success managing senior-level client relationships and leading complex, multi-channel marketing programs
  • Strong understanding of the sports marketing ecosystem (sponsorships, athlete partnerships, creator marketing, experiential activations, media integration)
  • Strategic thinker able to connect cultural insight, audience understanding, and performance data to client recommendations
  • Confident communicator and presenter; ability to build trust with executive stakeholders
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail; manages multiple high-profile initiatives
  • Collaborative leader who motivates and aligns cross-functional teams
  • Commercially aware with experience supporting revenue growth, program profitability, and long-term partnership expansion
