In this role you will lead cross-functional vendor onboarding, qualification, and performance governance to align with Prada Group policies and risk controls. You will act as a central coordinator across sourcing, ESG, Legal, and Finance to ensure compliant, sustainable, and high-quality supplier engagement. The position focuses on speed-to-market, supplier diversity, and ethical sourcing within a decentralized organization. You will shape vendor governance and enable business units with tools and training to manage vendors effectively.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain standardized vendor onboarding, due diligence, qualification, and performance evaluation frameworks across business units
Coordinate with Procurement, Legal, ESG, Finance, and IT during vendor engagements
Support vendor approval, contracting, and performance reviews across business units
Maintain vendor governance policies and ensure accessible, up-to-date documentation
Provide training, resources, and templates to enable business-led vendor management
Implement tools and reporting to track supplier performance and risk across the portfolio
Coordinate vendor scorecards and issue resolution with business owners
Manage vendor master data governance and promote adoption of vendor management platforms
Ensure third-party vendors comply with ethical sourcing and regulatory requirements via ESG and compliance teams
Integrate sustainability, human rights, and environmental standards into vendor assessment and oversight

Key requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or a related field
Minimum 7 years of experience in vendor management, supplier governance, or sourcing operations in fashion/retail/consumer goods
Experience operating in a decentralized or matrixed organization with complex stakeholders
Proficiency in vendor lifecycle management tools, ERP systems, and contract or compliance platforms
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with a process-driven mindset
