As Hospital CFO, you will lead Fresno Surgical Hospital's financial and operational performance within the Tenet network. You will drive strategic financial planning, budgeting, revenue cycle oversight, and regulatory reporting, while ensuring effective IT, materials, and case management support. You will partner with senior leadership and governing bodies to sustain high-quality care and financial discipline. This role offers an opportunity to shape the financial foundation of a physician-owned acute care hospital in a large healthcare system.

Responsibilities

Financial planning, budgeting and forecasting
Revenue cycle management
Expense management
Financial reporting
Service line development and analysis
Coordination with Central Billing Office
Regulatory reporting
Capital planning and management
Oversee Business Office, Revenue Cycle, IT, Materials Management, and Case Management
Direct liaison with Hospital Management Team, Physicians, Governing Board, Executive Committees, USPI & Dignity Health, and Tenet Senior Leaders

Key requirements

Recent hospital financial management experience
Minimum 5 years of hospital financial operations or revenue cycle management and multis department oversight
Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business
MBA in Business Administration, Accounting or Healthcare Administration and CPA preferred
Demonstrated leadership, analytical and computer skills
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
