Responsibilities

Set and drive the distribution strategy for a multi-node network to enable competitive advantage and support commercial product plans
Provide people leadership and cultivate an engaged culture using the Vision, Architect, Coach, Catalyst model
Oversee network performance to meet cGMP, safety, regulatory, OTIF, budget and inventory targets
Manage end-to-end supply chain resilience including risk mitigation, DSCSA serialization compliance, and business continuity
Optimize systems and interfaces (SAP TMS and EWM) with IT and cross-functional teams to improve ways of working
Continuously evaluate and prioritize network risks and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Key requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a related field; 15+ years of supply chain/distribution experience in regulated pharma/biotech/medical devices
Senior leadership experience with enterprise impact, including site head of warehouse and distribution operations
Deep expertise in regulated pharmaceutical distribution, cold chain, and 3PL management (RFPs, contracts, SLAs)
Strong knowledge of cGMP, DSCSA serialization, track-and-trace, and Lean/Six Sigma (certifications preferred)
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate with senior management
