In this role you will lead a tech team delivering planning applications for manufacturing, bridging product strategy with enterprise architecture. You will drive design, deployment and support of ERP and planning tools across global sites, enabling data-driven, real-time decision-making in manufacturing and subcontracting. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align the roadmap with business needs and security standards, while developing your team and shaping innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

Define and maintain the technical vision and roadmap aligned with product strategy
Lead and develop a technology team of consultants in design, deployment, and support
Drive solution choices and continuous skills development within the team
Ensure architecture and security guardrails are followed
Plan budget and team capacity to support initiatives across Maisons
Act as the integration contact for other teams on integration topics

Key requirements

Master degree
7+ years of experience in industrial environments in Production and IT, with consulting background preferred
Strong experience in end-to-end projects deploying Manufacturing ERP from design to run
Collaborative leadership and coaching mindset
Experience designing business solutions based on SAP PP, APO PP-DS, ATP features; knowledge of Anaplan and Data Analytics Platforms
Good understanding of architecture design and integration technologies (APIs)
Experience with Agile/Scrum software development and customization lifecycle
Team management experience including budget and planning
Excellent communication with management, peers and partners
Fluent in French and English
