In this role you will design and govern UK & EMEA employee benefits, aligning with the global reward strategy and managing the full benefits lifecycle. You will lead governance, compliance and vendor relationships while supporting talent attraction, retention and engagement. You’ll work on global reward initiatives and key projects like gender pay gap reporting in a fast-paced, luxury-brand environment. Responsibilities
- Input into UK & EMEA benefits strategy aligning with global principles
- Benchmark and tailor benefits to regional needs
- Partner with local HR to ensure global consistency
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and maintain audit-ready documentation
- Manage relationships with providers, brokers, and consultants; negotiate contracts
- Communicate programs clearly to employees and act as SME for benefits queries
- Monitor utilization and costs; provide insights for optimization
- Collaborate on global reward initiatives and project management support
- Optimize benefits administration and support across the organisation
Key requirements
- Proven experience managing international benefits programs across multiple countries
- Strong knowledge of global benefits trends and local compliance requirements
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and drive decisions
- Experience in vendor management and contract negotiation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic luxury brand environment
