Responsibilities

Provide thought leadership and expertise to business owner clients and internal partners
Discuss transition options and the current market environment in group and one-on-one settings
Evaluate and offer guidance on deal terms and structure; identify value and/or synergistic opportunities
Evaluate and review management succession plans and objectives
Partner with Wealth Advisors/Wealth Strategists on pre- and post-transaction planning and family wealth transfer integration
Review and propose corporate governance structures
Review corporate documents including operating and buy-sell agreements and suggest best practices
