Responsibilities

Conduct thorough legal research and analysis for cases
Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs
Represent clients in court hearings and trials
Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties
Manage a caseload and prioritize tasks effectively

Key requirements

J.D. degree from an accredited law school
Admitted to practice law in CA
3+ years of experience in personal injury, preferably motor vehicle accidents
Strong understanding of state and federal personal injury laws and regulations
Proven track record of successful case outcomes
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment
Proficiency in legal research and case management software
