Responsibilities
- Manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring design specs and quality standards
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to meet timelines
- Conduct regular site inspections for progress and safety compliance
- Communicate updates with project managers, architects, and clients
- Prepare and manage schedules, budgets, and progress reports
- Ensure luxury retail standards are met across all work
- Oversee safety and quality control on site
Key requirements
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in retail or construction
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and quality control
- Experience managing high-end retail projects is preferred
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently to project sites
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
