Senior Specialist / Project Manager

In this role you lead a technical team of engineers to design and produce engineering plans for diverse projects in Oklahoma City. You collaborate with the project manager to research, design, calculate, and deliver high-quality outputs while applying established engineering criteria. You mentor junior staff and leverage client relationships to drive project success. Your work supports the execution of complex infrastructure projects within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.

Responsibilities

Plan and distribute discipline-specific work and manage schedule and budget
Assist in marketing responsibilities and proposal generation
Develop scope of work and level of effort for projects within discipline
Ensure completeness and accuracy of the project team’s technical deliverables
Guide and mentor team members to achieve project objectives
Coordinate technical aspects with clients and teaming partners
Collaborate with other disciplines on multi-discipline projects
Perform additional duties as assigned

Key requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 6 years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with 5 years, or PhD with 4 years
Professional Engineer (PE) certification (preferred)
Ability to coordinate cross-discipline design and work planning
Strong focus on delivering high-quality, on-time, on-budget deliverables
