As Transformation Lead in Swedbank’s sanctions domain, you own and drive end-to-end change initiatives across business, tech, and compliance. Responsibilities

Own transformation initiatives from start to finish and ensure on-time delivery
Lead cross-functional project teams across business, tech and compliance
Establish governance, timelines, and dependencies for complex projects
Drive scoping, prioritization, and alignment with regulatory requirements
Monitor progress, risks, and blockers and remove impediments
Analyze and document business requirements aligned with sanctions processes
Develop and embed change management best practices in sanctions
Provide strategic insights to improve operational efficiency
Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain alignment and transparency
Contribute to building a new Change function within the bank
Support meaningful sanctions initiatives delivery across the organization

Key requirements

Senior Business Analyst experience in banking or financial services
Exposure to sanctions or compliance
Proven transformation leadership in a complex, regulated environment
Strong project management skills (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
Ability to lead without formal authority and align multiple stakeholders
Experience with governance frameworks, steering committees, and senior stakeholders
Experience with common business analysis frameworks
Analytical mindset and attention to detail
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Proactive, solution-oriented approach in a dynamic setting
Passion for regulatory topics and building from the ground up
